We’ll go over how to build a plan to integrate these thermoregulation techniques into daily life, all year round. These strategies each go a long way to reducing overheating and making sleep, moods, and all of daily life more manageable when you live with mood disorders, bipolar disorder, and TSDD.

Modern life is busy, exhausting, and hard to keep up with. No matter how much we love our children (and we love them so much), being caregivers just makes it that much harder.
