You’re Not Alone. We’re Here to Help.

There is hope for the child in your life who is struggling.

CMHRC’s mission is to provide guidance and resources for early identification and management of mood disorders, bipolar disorder, and its newly recognized phenotype TSDD, also known as Fear of Harm.

With programs, services, and community support available for families, caregivers, mental and physical healthcare providers, educators and other professionals, CMHRC is here to support families and their teams on the path to stability.

CMHRC is a unique organization run by mental health professionals who also share the lived experience of the families we serve.

We work closely to educate medical and mental health providers, educators, and families on the unique symptom presentation of mood disorder, bipolar disorder, and FOH in childhood and early adolescence. We share guidance and resources to support providers and families to access an accurate diagnosis and an effective treatment plan.

We know how difficult it can be to manage these devastating mood disorders during childhood, and we’ve walked the path to stability with countless families already.

So, whether you’re a parent, provider, educator, or community member you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Let us help you set up the children in your life for success at home, at school, and in the community.

CMHRC reaffirms our unwavering commitment to support families and to foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for all. CMHRC stands ready to provide research based guidance, compassionate resources, and steadfast advocacy to ensure that every member of our community feels safe, valued, and supported.
