Homeschool Group
Free and open to the public pre-registration required.
For families engaged in or contemplating homeschooling their children. Families need community and support at the intersection of mental health and homeschooling to make sure their children’s mental health needs are being met too. Join us for a special support group for, and run by, homeschooling parents.
Palliative ParentingTM Class
Fee based 9-week course, live or on-demand.
We know how challenging it can be to parent a child or teen with a mental health condition. Our unique approach was developed by CMHRC mental health professional, parents, and adults with lived experience. It focuses on reducing symptoms and increasing quality of life so you and your family can both survive and thrive with mental illness.

Ketogenic Therapy Study
No cost and open to members of the public participating in our longitudinal ketogenic therapy study.
CMHRC is actively looking for participant families with children between the ages of 6 – 20 diagnosed with a mood disorder, bipolar disorder, or other mental health condition to participate in a study investigating the effects of ketogenic therapy on mental health.
Ketogenic Therapy Program
Fee based program of psychoeducation and support open to the public.
CMHRC is pioneering Ketogenic Therapy in the treatment of mood disorders for families. Individual and families can be of any age and are not required to have a mental health diagnosis.
Monthly Webinars
Free and open to the general public.
Each month CMHRC hosts live webinars with mental health experts on topics related to childhood mental health and mental illness. Content is geared towards laymen, but all are welcome.
Monthly Clinical Seminars
Free and open to the general public.
Each month CMHRC hosts live clinical seminars with mental health experts on topics related to identifying, diagnosing, and treating mental illness in children and adolescents. Content is geared towards mental health professionals, but all are welcome.

For parents, caregivers, educators, and practitioners who are interested in watching films and reading books related to mental health, mental illness, parenting, and more. Join us for lively, engaging, and supportive discussion of our eclectic selection of books and movies and find a welcoming community.
