Free Drop-In Sessions
Each month CMHRC volunteers host free, online, drop-in sessions for parents, caregivers, and practitioners. These sessions provide support and information around living with and treating mood disorders, bipolar disorder, and Fear of Harm.
Hosts address questions and concerns about treatment, parenting, and how the services offered by CMHRC can help.
